Menstrual Record Chart

Menstrual record chart (MRC)

little menstrual record chart

A menstrual record chart is a simple, cheap and effective way of recording menstrual cycle symptoms. It is particularly useful in women with irregular, heavy and/or painful periods and in women with subfertility. Please feel free to download/print a MRC and use this to record your symptoms before seeing your doctor. This is a great help in both reaching a diagnosis and also in planning treatment. Continuing to record your symptoms on the chart after starting treatment allows the effectiveness of the treatment to be recorded and assessed.
