Mr Penman’s gynaecological include the management of menstrual dysfunction (heavy or irregular periods), polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis/pelvic pain, subfertility and the investigation and management of recurrent miscarriage.He performs a wide range of gynacological surgery including minimal access (laparoscopy/hysteroscopy) for the treatment of PCOS, menorrhagia and pelvic pain due to adhesions/endometriosis.

Mr Penman is happy to see self referring patients (no GP letter) but please note that is you are using a private health insurance policy to fund your treatment you will require a referral letter from your GP.

While Mr Penman no longer works in the NHS, he continues to see NHS funded patients under the ECN (choose and book) system both via the Spire Alexandra Hospital and the Medway Clinicians Chambers.
